Name/Website Profile Information
Doug Irvine I have been cooking for more years than I care to remember. My bride of 52 years (1949) does all the baking and I do all the cooking, and we are both chile heads, we eat them, grow them, cook with them, even bake with them, which keeps us healthy. I have a number of recipes at a web site out of California, if anyone is interested, belonging to a friend of mine...PepperFool. Click on Recipes, then click on Doug Irvine in the left hand column, and there they are. Enjoy! Cheers, Doug in BC

Robin Jepson

My husband and I love to cook and I collect cookbooks. I usually don't follow a recipe though, just get ideas. We also have a great love for animals and Bluegrass music. We are Assistant Deputies for the International Bluegrass Music Association. We are from Warren Township in NJ, along with our 2 cats.

Louise King

I LIVE to cook! I have a thousand hobbies and interest's but cooking leads them all. It all started when I listened to my mom "clink" that spoon against the side of the pan to get the dripping's off. I was probably about 5 years old. I live in La Jolla, CA, have 4 grown children and have written two cookbooks -- one in publishing now. Like Bobbie -- I play piano, love needlework, ex-college teacher, paint, write, and was an original member of Kitmailbox. I have the smallest kitchen in the world and with no windows; but nothing stops me. When I submit a recipe, it will never be written in the correct manner. I am not, and will never be a secretary or typist but I can make a Louisiana Roux.

Marbalet

Marbalet's Kitchen

Have been cooking for 40 years, and enjoy sharing recipes with other cooks.  I find it very interesting for other cooks to expand or "tweak" one of my recipes into a totally new idea or concept.

Chefmad

Chefmad began his cooking career at the age of 4, making spaghetti and meatballs with his Italian father. A graduate with distinction of L'Academie de Cuisine in Washington, D. C., he has worked for major hotels such as The Westin La Cantera Resort and Radisson.  Chefmad is currently working as a personal chef in San Antonio, Texas.
Marlene Kashefska Raised on a farm and taught how to cook since I was 10 years old. Cooked for my family and helped until after graduation from high school. My husband Dan is also an excellent cook. He learned to cook as his first wife didn't know how to fry a cheeseburger! We both love to cook, especially on special days when the family comes.
