Dan Mills I'm a retired Security Consultant, law enforcement officer and a Marine. I am more than a hobby chef in that I have had at least two different catering companies and still try to keep a well floured hand in the business. I most enjoy upscale and pacific rim cooking, but still want to do an occasional bar-b-que as well. I'm blessed to be in Florida where I can use an outdoor kitchen most everyday.

Lisa Mitchell I live in Tulsa, OK. I love to cook. I love to experiment. I love peppers and herbs. I'm particularly fond of Mexican and Asian. I collect cookbooks; the older the better. I cannot cook eggs on a stovetop . . . cannot get the hang of it. Any recipe that's difficult or advanced technique . . . piece of cake. I love kitchen gadgets and collect Pyrex black snowflake casseroles. I love to fix stuff on the grill, especially if it's raining or snowing.

Joan Ross I have been cooking and baking over 30 years and catered throughout the years and wrote food editorials for several local and county newspapers . I once had my own dessert cottage industry at home. I especially enjoy ethnic baking. I collect kitchen gadgets and cookbooks and assorted baking pans.

Sue Prescot

I started cooking when I was in high school. My mom doesn't enjoy it and if we waited for her to make dinner, we'd have burgers at 8:30. She did bake bread (every Sunday she made enough for our family of 7). Not working, now, I have started to explore Mexican and Moroccan cuisines. And bread. I now make all the bread for my husband and myself, and some neighbors, too. Always looking for more yeast and sourdough recipes. Anyone with high altitude cookie recipes, please share them.
