Roasted Asparagus

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning


Liberally rub the trimmed spears with olive oil, then shake on steak 
seasoning; place them on a foil-lined baking pan and roast them at 
350F until tender. Just be careful not to overcook. 

We served with a mock hollandaise sauce made of mayonnaise, mustard 
and lemon juice.
