Fat Free Copy Cat Bisquick Baking Mix

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
4 cups white flour
4 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup natural bran or wheat germ
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar

Mix all ingredients very well.

For every 2 cups mix used add 1/2 cup fat free mayo.

NOTE: this mayo replaces the usual shortening.

Yes they say you can lose the mayo for applesauce, prunes, pureed squash or
whatever you prefer.

This recipe may be made with all wheat flour or any combination.

Use like Bisquick.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans-chopped
1 cup chocolate chops

Oven 350F --- warm pans as you make the cookies.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add 1 tablespoon sugar at a time
and continue beating until whites are stiff and shiny. Add salt and
vanilla. Mix in pecans and chocolate chips. Drop by spoon onto heated pan.
Turn oven off and put cookies in the oven until morning. Do not open the
oven...NO PEEKING!!
