20 oz. apple pie filling
3 eggs -- OR
1 eggs -- plus
1/2 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Whipped Topping -- * see below* I used Fat Free Whipped topping. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour rectangular, 13x9x2". Beat cake mix
(dry), pie filling and eggs in large bowl of mixer on low speed for 2
minutes. Spread half of the batter in pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle
half of the mixture over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter in pan;
sprinkle with remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes or
until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Serve with
whipped topping. High Altitude (3500-6500 feet): Stir 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour into
