   1      14 1/2 ounce  chicken broth
                        water
   2      tablespoons   fresh lemon juice
   1      cup           converted rice
     1/4  cup           sliced green onions
   1      tsp           dried dill weed
   1      teaspoon      grated lemon peel
     1/8  teaspoon      ground black pepper
                        lemon slices
                        fresh dill
Dilute broth with water to make 2 1/2 cups. Pour diluted broth into a med.
saucepan. Add lemon juice and bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover tightly,
reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand,
covered, until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Stir in green
onions, dill, lemon peel and black pepper. Serve garnished with lemon slices
and fresh dill.

Serving Ideas : Serve as side dish with chicken or fish.
NOTES : This was really delicious served with Chicken Glorius. We loved it.
