  2                     zucchini
  2                     chili peppers -- red, fresh
  1                     onion
  3        tablespoons  oil
  1 1/8         pounds  ground beef
  1           teaspoon  Sambal oelek (Chili paste)
     3/8           cup  beef stock
                        salt
                        pepper
  3 1/2         ounces  coconut -- raped, fresh
Clean zucchini, wash it and cut into small cubes. Halve the chili 
peppers, take out the seeds, wash them and cut into small slices. Peel 
the onion and cut into rings.
Heat wok or a pan, add half of the oil. First fry the zucchini, chili 
peppers and the onion. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
Heat the rest of the oil and fry the ground beef until brown. Add the 
vegetable again. Mix Sambal oelek and beef stock, add to the dish. 
Flavor with salt and pepper and cook for a moment.
At last spread the coconut over the dish.

  1              large  onion
  1              clove  garlic
  2        tablespoons  olive oil
  500            grams  ground beef
  4        tablespoons  tomato paste
     1/8         liter  wine red
     1/8         liter  beef stock
  2        tablespoons  whipping cream -- (to 3 tablespoons)
  1           teaspoon  anise seed -- grated
  1           teaspoon  coriander seed -- grated
                        salt
                        pepper
  2                     tomatoes
  100            grams  feta cheese
                        dill for garnish
Peel onion and garlic, chopped fine. Heat wok or pan, let the oil get 
hot.  Fry onion and garlic, add meat, stir until beef is brown.  Add 
tomato paste, wine, beef stock, whipping cream and all spices. While 
stirring sometimes let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
In the meantime give the tomato for a short time in cooking water, then 
in cold water and peel it. Cut into halves and take out the seeds. Cut 
into not to small pieces. Cut the feta in small cubes.
Add the tomatoes to the beef and flavor with the spices again. Spread 
feta and dill upon it.

                       Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur

  1 3/4           cups  your favorite liquor (Irish whiskey -- brandy,
                        rum -- bourbon, scotch, or
                        rye whiskey)
  1                can  Condensed Milk -- (14 oz.)
  1                cup  whipping or light cream -- (1/2 pint)
  4                     eggs
  2               Tbs.  chocolate flavored syrup
  2               tsp.  instant coffee
  1               tsp.  Ronald Reginald's Pure Vanilla Extract
     1/2          tsp.  Ronald Reginald's Almond Extract
In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. 
Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month.  Stir before 
serving.
Makes about 5 cups
