	* Exported from MasterCook * Zucchini Soup Recipe By :Al Banghart's recipe Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 4-8 Aug. 2001 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 medium zucchini -- chopped 2 onions -- chopped 2 stalks celery -- chopped 1 can chicken or beef broth salt and pepper -- to taste 1 dash cumin sour cream or fat free sour cream -- optional Cut up zucchini, onion and celery. Cook all, until tender, in broth. Add seasonings. Place in batches in blender and blend until pureed. Return to saucepan. Can serve with a dollop of sour cream.
