                Frozen Dishes Gelatin
                Raspberries
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
   1 package Peach Jello -- (3 oz.)
   1 cup boiling water
     1/3 cup cold water
1 cup either vanilla or peach ice cream
1 package frozen raspberries -- (10 oz.) thawed
Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. add the cold water. once it's
mixed, remove 3/4 cup of Jello, and blend in the ice cream and chill until
slightly thickened. chill the remaining Jello until slightly thickened as
well. Spoon the thawed raspberries into dessert glasses. Spoon the ice
cream mixture on top of the berries, then add the clear Jello on top of
that.
Makes 2 and 3/4 cups or 5 servings.
NOTE: you can also put it into a large clear dessert bowl, and then serve
it from there. I think it makes less than 5 servings.
