Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
24 ounces Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
or Real Milk Chocolate Chips -- (2 12-oz. pkgs.)
28 ounces Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk -- (2 14-oz.
                        cans)
  2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  2 cups chopped walnuts

In a double boiler, or a large heavy saucepan, over low heat, add the
chocolate chips and both cans of sweetened condensed milk.

Cook and stir, until the chocolate chips are completely melted and
mixture is blended well.

Remove from heat, stir in  the vanilla extract and chopped walnuts;
until well blended.

Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

Refrigerate until slightly firm.

With a buttered knife, cut fudge into desired amount of square pieces.

Refrigerate again, until fudge has firmed up completely.

Note : If using Real Milk Chocolate Chips, you may need to refrigerate
the fudge a bit longer, (to firm up) before cutting into desired
square pieces.
