Combine the ham, pork, cheese, pickles, olives, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, lemon
juice, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and the egg.
Mix well.

Place the steak on a flat surface and spread with the mixture.
If several steaks are used divide the mixture evenly among them.
Arrange the quartered eggs on the mixture.

Roll up the steak carefully and fasten in several places with string.

Place the meat roll in a deep saucepan.
Add the water, vinegar, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, bay leaf along with
the remaining soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until tender.

Mix the flour with an equal amount of cold water and add to the gravy,
stirring until smooth.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Carefully remove the meat roll from the gravy and place on a platter. Cut
the string and remove it.

Slice the meat at an angle and serve with the sauce.
