   2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
     1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss or mozzarella
                        GARNISH:

Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and dust with some paprika.
Bake until set - 45 to 55 minutes. Allow to cool a little before
cutting and serving. Refrigerate for serving later. Can be microwaved.
Serves 8-12, depending on portion size.
