Gail Hall is well known in Edmonton as a culinarian and food activist. Through her company, Seasoned Solutions, Gail operates a loft cooking school, culinary tours and offers consulting service to the agriculture, food and hospitality industries.

Gail's award-winning catering company, Gourmet Goodies, 
started small, when she left a career in social services 
to do what she really loved: Cook and Entertain.

In 1985, at a turning point in her career in social services, Gail Hall established Gourmet Goodies with the idea that a full-service, customized catering business focused on providing exceptional service was needed.

The idea proved to be an instant success! A passion for cooking and a mind for business enabled Gail to grow Gourmet Goodies to an award-winning catering operation with a staff of 80, making it the largest off premise catering operation in Edmonton and one of the five largest in Canada. Gail’s passion for food continues through her consulting company “Seasoned Solutions”, offering consulting services to the Agriculture, Food and Hospitality industries, as well as loft cooking classes and culinary tours.

Gail teaches at Metro Continuing Education, is a culinary presenter on TV and at special events such as Christmas in November at Jasper Park Lodge, and has spoken to student groups at the University of Alberta, NAIT, Grand Prairie Regional College, the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and Continuing Education for the Edmonton Public School Board.
